This is exactly the type of bull sales I hate from Sage!

If I have a problem, well, to fix it I have to upgrade at a cost!

At 500$ a pop, I'm angry!


If Sage releases a new version, say 2017, then I expect no new features till the 2018 or 2019 version, but I certainly expect al lthe error and bug and complaints of the 2017 version to be fixed. I don't care it is 2017 version 100; SAge needs to be responsible for the 2017 version and fix all that is wrong with it.

and never mind saying to customer, well 2018 is out now and we not longer support it. That just crap. If my 2017 version does not work correctly, fix it. That is what the customer paid for!


I know with the 2009 version of software the 'Last Year vs This year' graph never got fixed till 2015! Holy Mother Theresa, I waited 6 year for that bug to be fixed!

Anyone else angry at Sages lack of customer care, support and bullying?

I was bothered by this problem too then I realized there's a keyboard shortcut for minimizing a window. See: superuser.com/.../what-is-the-windows-hotkey-to-minimise-a-single-currently-active-window

Press Alt+space to pop up a window and then press the n key. It's a bit cumbersome but often the keyboard is mightier than the mouse.
