You will also notice in each module, there is a menu named for the module. In Roger's example for the general journal module, there is an Entry menu (in the sales module, it's called Sales, etc.). This menu always has the Store and Recall options that he highlighted on the toolbar, if you wish to use the menus instead of the toolbar or Ctrl-Key combinations.
