'not able to access Sage (drive) due to firewall' - but firewall has been removed

2 weeks ago, we started using Sage Drive & have had no issues. I don't know if this is related, so at least it is in this thread. Today when I logged into Sage, it all worked as normal. When I went to do a back up, I realized that I hadn't changed the date on the file & didn't want to save over the last one, so I cancelled the back up. When I did, Sage showed a message that it had encountered an error.

Now when I try to get back into Sage, I get an error message that the firewall has stopped it. I have worked with Norton to resolve this & even removed Norton to see if that changed anything. Same message:Sage 50 cannot open the database because the database engine reported an error. Please see the error for more information: Sage 50 has detected a firewall, which may be blocking files that are required by Sage 50. Please ensure that any necessary files have been added to your firewall's list of permitted programs."

I have rebooted several times & nothing is any different. I cannot access Sage...extremely stressful, especially when the support desk is not available. Any help would be great.
