Error message while installation Sage 50 CA 2016

Error 1324. The path 席 at de compte juxtapose? XLS containers an invalid character. Error - 1603 Fatal error during installation. My computer use window 10. Please advice how to deal with the problem.

This message has an article in the Knowledge base

support.na.sage.com/.../viewdocument.do

I believe once installed you can change the language back again but I've never come across this message myself.
