Hi

I use an old version of Simply Accounting 2011 Canadian Edition. I also use EFT Direct 2011 hat matches this old version. I use EFT to withdraw money from my clients bank account. Everything working fine since 2010! 

A fews days ago, I needed to start a withdrawal operation, as I do every monthend. I prepared everything in Simply, went after in EFT, open the company, starts generating. Eft does not stop. It seem to work on nothing. Only a message saying "Initializing data", a progress bar not going the the end. And no window to choose data as usual.

Any idea on what happened?
