What is the status of installing Sage 50 CA on Windows Server 2016?

    Since this is primarily a peer support forum, any definitive answer would be elsewhere. The Sage sales people or the Microsoft sales people should know the answer to this question, or be able to get you one.

    If you are after more of a 'has anyone tried this' answer, then this is the right place. Generally, Microsoft works very hard to not 'break' past software with updates and new versions, and the Sage requirements are minimum specs.

    I just spoke with Sage Technical Support today, November 28, 2017.  They checked with a Product Analyst and the answer was

    "Sage 50 Accounting 2018 Canadian Edition was not test in the Windows Server 2016 environment but it should work".
