There should be an icon on your task bar, right hand side (if it is across the bottom of the screen), when you roll your cursor over the icons there will be an indication of which icon it is. It should show as connection manager. when you find it click on it and a window will open. in the bottom third of the window there will be a box with text Start Service. Click and this and this wording should change to Stop Service. Close the box and try Sage 50 again.
