New install Sage 50 Pro 2019 Canada Edition - cannot open/create Company file

I just installed the product but cannot open the sample data or create a new company.

I have uninstalled/installed multiple times, Run as Administrator, Changed my date format and checked all the things I have seen posted else where.

The installation indicated it completed successfully and the Connection Manager is running and indicates 1 Active company after the error messages show up until I click OK on the error message.

  

Any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot?

    Try opening the Connection Manager's, make sure the setting for Memory buffer size is less than 1024.   I'm using 128 MB for a fairly large file.

    Hi 

    I would suggest at least try to get the sample company open first, if not the software is not running properly.  

    After Randy's suggestion, if sample still does not open, check what is the error message.

    if you are on Win 7, sometime MS .net framework might be damage and you would have to uninstall and let sage reinstall.
