I was able to logon above but when I review my account information, I cannot see the activation codes whatsoever. And when I call the support line it just keeps saying it is better to go online for support. So how do I chat with customer sales support?

It turns out that my registration information was saved in a different version than the Sage 50 Canadian Edition so it looks like I was able to retrieve that information and have registered my product. Thank you for your support.

Hello AbelNV, if you were logging on using the email tied to your Sage City logon, then your access was recently created.

Note that the backend can take up to 30 minutes to link your resources. Please try and log on again to the Customer Portal or Knowledgebase.
