Connection manager

After updates done Friday software on multiuser platforms disappears when click to open. Doesn’t even come up with the window for choosing a particular company. Connection Manager seems to go on and off sporadically. We are not IT’s - is there a simple fix

    If you are installing 2019.2 update, make sure you run the update on server as well, as there is a connection manager update. 

    can not give much suggestion as information you provide is limited, I would suggest you can test install full version on server test see if sample opens and see if file works locally.

    If sample opens but not local data, then could be data issue, might have to go backup

    if file works locally but not across network , then you might have network issue.
