Hi there
I'm a new Sage Cloud user. I have my main company setup and it's working fine. I have a new client that is on Sage 50 Pro. His subscription expired last week. I am trying to set him up under my Cloud. Do I take a backup of his Simply data and open it on my home computer and then share the file to the cloud? If so how is he able to access and do entries when I'm not around? Does he need to renew his subscription first or would he be covered under my plan? I'm very confused lol
