Adding another company

Hi there

I'm a new Sage Cloud user. I have my main company setup and it's working fine. I have a new client that is on Sage 50 Pro. His subscription expired last week. I am trying to set him up under my Cloud. Do I take a backup of his Simply data and open it on my home computer and then share the file to the cloud? If so how is he able to access and do entries when I'm not around? Does he need to renew his subscription first or would he be covered under my plan? I'm very confused lol

    Hey @Barbmhrc, 

    Thanks for your post. Your Sage Drive access (where you upload and download the database files from) is tied to your serial number and activation code. The client would need either the same codes for the install of Sage 50 on their desktop and or to renew their own software in order to be able to access a shared company database.
