Sage 50 2019.3 email issue

I have reinstalled Sage 50 2019.3 on a Dell laptop (Canadian Edition). Using Connection Manager v8.2.

Outlook email on the laptop is working without issues. Outlook email via Sage 50 is not working properly. In most cases it takes a long time until the email is being sent (about 1min).

However, the email send screen continue to work like it was not sent. It is giving an error after spinning for about 5min. From time to time (very seldom) it is actually working properly.

    What error message are you getting when you try to email?

    Have you tried set Outlook as default program and reboot then send again?  

    Have you try reinstall Outlook and Sage 50 after having this issue?

    Hi Jason, thank you for the reply.

    As you suggested, I have set outlook as default email and rebooted laptop. Did not help.

    It took 56 seconds for the email to be sent, but the email window continue to spin for a total of 5 min. providing the following error an the end: "An Error occurred sending the email (though the email was actually received by the intended recipient).

    MAPI result code: 1073741819. Checked the error. Not sure how does it relate to my case.  

    At this point I have not tried to reinstall outlook and/or Sage 50.

    Hi Arie

    Does your laptop contain the latest windows updates? 

    Have you tried right click on Sage 50 icon and try to ran as admin then email?

    If still doesn't work I would suggest you try email on new windows admin profile or reinstall Sage and Outlook.

    or call Sage 50 CA support.
