second remote computer -- Sage 50 Cloud

SOLVED

I installed sage 50 premium cloud on my laptop to use in a remote location with internet. However when I try to use the download company from the cloud Sage 50 says "

To use Sage Drive, please purchase or update to a service plan that provides this option by calling 1-888-261-9610 and selecting Sales.

[SimplyLink]Learn more about service plans[SimplyHref]na.sage.com/.../support

the software is registered and activated as it should  be, also there is a service plan on the account and its active. I can access data from a local file no problem but not the cloud company

please let me know how I can make sure that it will work

Thanks

Fred

    Hi

Are you trying to use Sage drive download option? In order to use Sage drive, you need Sage 50Cloud service plan, if you already purchases it, you can go to Help, Update service plan to activate it. If you do not have it, you have have to call sales to purchase it.

    hope this helps

I do have an sage 50 cloud service plan as it works on the other computer. I have uploaded and shared the company on sage drive already but on the second/remote computer it will not let me use the company data from the sage drive or if I move it to the same network, it will not open the files on the same network. it still says the problem in the original post.

I just don't understand how this copy of Sage 50 premium cloud doesn't see that the service plan is in place....

I might have to wait till Tuesday for support.

    I see

On this computer that you have issue with, are you using the same Sage ID?  if yes, I would just test by open sample, see if you can share the sample, if you cant even share it, then the software did not have Sage50Cloud service plan activated,  maybe you can try "right click on Sage 50 CA icon, and Ran as admin, open sample and go to Help, Update service plan.
