Connection manager update

I have a user who would like to install sage 50

CDN Release 2019.3 however we have a group of users already on 2012

If I upgrade connection manager to V 8.3, will the 2012 users still be able to connect to his 2012 databases

Hi

the Connection Manager is backward compatible, so as long as 2012 is working and Connection Manager is running , it should be fine
