I am just back to work since the new year. I cannot open my sage 50.

Question

It is telling me that that "I have a required data file missing". What does this mean and how do I fix it? It is not upgraded to the 2020 version yet.

Hi Valerie861 , Thanks for reaching out. Here's KB 12444 with a couple of things to try regarding the Error: "Cannot open company file. A required data file is missing" when opening a data file or restoring from backup. Hope this helps! Erzsi
