ID Administrator

I am unable to access Sage on our main server.  receive the following message: you have a valid Sage ID but you are not authorized to use this feature.  Contact your Sade ID administrator so you can use this feature:  I am the administrator and i am able to access Sage from my own computer, my co-worker is able to access hers as well.  BUT we are not sharing,  The three computers should be sharing information.  I have called into Tech,  they are backed up and can't leave a message.  I went on chat line and they could not help me.

    Please provide more information regarding your set up. Is your "main server" a third PC or an actual server? if a server, is the Sage 50C program installed or just the Connection Manager? Are you using Sage 50 or Sage 50C, Pro, Premium or Quantum? 2020.x or 2021.x? Are you using Remote Data Access (Sage Drive)?

    When you received the error message on your 'main server' were you already logged on one of the other computers?

    I know this is a lot of questions but without some detail answers are hard to pinpoint.
