If you bought from Staples why not download from Staples? The files should be the same, however, the Sage file may be 2022.2 which may or may not be available with the Staples version depending on the terms of the Staples purchase. I have not purchased through Staples recently.

Hi Agate, as of Sage 50 CA version 2022 all licenses sold at retail are subscription only. Perpetual licenses have been phased out.
