Lost bank recs from Sage support

I need to try and start my bank recs after all my bank recs were deleted by Sage 50 support on Aug 5th. I can't balance what was balanced prior as my there is a discrepancy. I need sage support but no level 2 will pass my to management.

Anyone know accounting help in calagary with sage? Or how to fix.

No, there is no back up as Evelyn at Sage didn't do one before she deleted my data.

Hi Carmen Snowdon, apologies for these issues and thank you for providing full details.

Definitely not an ideal experience. I was able to find your account ending 400xxxxx345 with us, and see a request to speak to management. Is the best number to reach you 4xx-xxx-x364? I've forwarded this post with your comments along with your contact details onto Sage 50 CA Management for review and have asked them to reach out and or have a bank reconciliation specialist reach out.

Will update you with any news, I also see that another rep may have already forwarded this onto management yesterday.

He was great yes, I managed to post that month. However now because whatever he did I can't post April...lol
