SAGE 50 CDN desktop upgrade to cloud version

I would like to update from desktop version to full cloud version. Is this possible? The reason I am interested is so I don't have to do upgrades to my desktop software and also so I can access the data from different computers.. I was confused as to whether Sage has a full cloud version or whether it is just a desktop version dressed up with a few cloud features. Thanks

    Sage 50 is a desktop program with a number of features that require a cloud connection and subscription to be able to use these special features.

    Sage Business Cloud Accounting is a full cloud based, accessible from anywhere, program with many of the same features as Sage 50. Just recently Sage HR and Payroll was launched which now gives Sage Business Cloud Accounting the ability to complete payroll and more.

    These two programs from Sage are very different but yet similar in many ways. Using Sage Business Cloud Accounting you would no longer have to worry about running updates to the program.
