Check this folder on your computer for the updates.  I'm surprised they didn't download for you when you opened the program.

I think this file is the latest update SA_20213CPUP1.exe

No, not there unfortunately. The HDD was reformatted and that is why I had to re-install sage.

Thanks Chuck but it seems that 2021.3 is required, as that is the version the file was updated to.

However, I just spent $120 to buy the correct file online from a 3rd party and everything is working now

Hello, I have similar issue...need a new computer but Staples Business Depot tech tells me he can't transfer my 2021 Pro.... and Sage says I will have to buy subscription....why would I want to pay monthly when the 2021 I purchased does everything I need it to do...and what happens when I retire but still need to keep my books for 7 years in case of CRA audit? You mention you bought from a 3rd party....can you message me the name please and thank you?
