2023 update

I am trying to to the 2023 update and in the middle of the transfer (2022 to 2023), it says that Sage can not open the file.  The transfert stops at the 17/44 (ouverture de la connexion du fichier d'entreprise) and I can not do anything at this point.  It just stops saying it doesn't work.  What can I do ? I tried to restart the computer and to begin again the update and it still doesn't work,

    Hi JessicaB..

    Are you trying to upgrade your software version from 2022 to 2023 or are you upgrading your Sage 50 data from 2022 to 2023 and you have Sage 50 2023 installed? If you are just upgrading your data I would call Sage for support or use the support chat if all else fails. I find installing the software first and then opening the sample company is the best option before updating any company data files. It is a test to ensure your software is working properly.

    Thank you so much for your help ! I installed SAGE 50 2023 and the error occurs when I am trying to convert the data from 2022 to 2023.

    Hi JessicaB..

    You may have a data issue which needs addressing. Under the maintenance menu have you tried checking your data integrity (you will have to use Sage 50 2022)? Have you done an advanced database check? Is your anti-virus causing any conflicts? Again if all else fails call or chat with Sage!

*Community Hub is the new name for Sage City
