Sage 50 2013 to Cloud Accounting

Question

I'm trying to set up a customer that was using Sage 2013 desktop (with no internet connection) and switch them to cloud accounting. I have tried to move the old program to a computer with the internet to move the data but I don't have the original CD it was on. Is my only option to manually enter the data to the cloud accounting?

 I understand you wish to migrate your client's Sage50 data to Sage Cloud Accounting, but you no longer have access to the Sage50 application. 
 I would recommend you contact the Sage Accounting support team via chat, they will provide you with steps you can follow to provide us with the Sage50 back up file, and we can work to migrate the data into your Cloud Accounting client's platform.
