I use Simply 2010.  It froze, so I uninstalled and re-installed it.  Now, I can't open my files, this is the message I get:

THIS DATA HAS BEEN UPDATED TO A NEW FILE FORMAT AND IS NOW INCOMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE.  ONCE YOU UPGRADE DATA TO A NEWER VERSION, IT WORKS WITH THE NEW VERSION ONLY.

That's great, but when re installation was complete, it asked if I wanted to upgrade and I said yes, it upgraded, but I still get the above message.  Please HELP!!
