If you are sharing your file with someone else, they have upgraded their Sage 50 and your program needs to be upgraded as well. You probably have Sage 50 2023.1 and the other person has already moved to 2023.2 which became available last week.

If you have already moved to 2023.2 but have tried to open Sage with an older version's icon from 2022 or earlier.
