Thanks for reaching out. Because of our obsolescence policy, we only keep downloads for the current version plus 1 year back typically. So, the 2021 version you mentioned has been retired…

Your options are:

1. Did you manage to sign up for an account to the Customer Portal via the main page here ?  If you're looking to obtain an Account ID, visit the Customer Portal and select "Sign up" followed by "I am a new customer." After filling in all fields and submitting details you'll see confirmation and receive an email to verify.
   • Here's a walk through video on how to access the site and register a product.
     • Your key codes for reactivation would be available to you on the Customer Portal site
       • contact the team at [email protected] if you need further assistance.
2. If you have another computer with the install on it, check the C:\Sage Install folder with the files to copy over to the other machine. 
3. Consider upgrading to Sage 50 CA version 2023. Try or evaluate Sage 50—CA Edition before purchasing

We have the Sage 50 2021 versions of the software. We provide customers like yourself who have not kept a copy of the software a place to go to obtain it. There is a minor cost.
