I upgraded my Sage 50 to 2024 but I keep getting error messages.

I am trying to get the latest version of Sage 50 to run and I keep getting error messages.

For the first one I created new location but I keep being rerouted back to this message.

I enter all the correct information, including the Key Code and I still can't get in.
