If you have either a full backup (.CAB) file or the data set from Sage 50 in the 2019 version you should be able to restore or open directly in the 2023 or 2024 version of Sage 50 CDN. If the conversion of the data indicates that the file cannot be opened, then there must be a problem within the data set. You can contact Sage through the Chat or by telephone and the Technical Support Team may help you. There may be a cost unless you have an active support plan.
