Downloading sage 50 2024

Question

Trying to update sage 50 2023 to sage 2024 and the overall progress bar has been sitting at 46/118 for over 20 minutes - I've already stopped it once and tried to update it a second time and I have the same issue 
 
 Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out. Just tested the Sage 50 Canada version 2024.1 full product download found here and had no issue with the download. Depending on your internet connection, if fast shouldn't take longer than 2 minutes. Do you have a firewall or antivirus that may be preventing the download from completing? Hope this helps.
