Companies will charge you $100. I charge nothing. Sage will make you upgrade if you are using an old version and you decide to switch to a new PC.
If you have access to your old PC, you can locate the installer files for your previous Sage product in the following folder locations:
Look for the Sage folder on your root drive C:\. Inside this folder, you should find your install files. In another location on your computer, it may be located here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sage Software\Simply Accounting\Downloads
