Windows 11 compatibility

Question

I'm running Sage 50 Release 2014.2 on Windows 10. I've just upgraded my PC to Windows 11, what version of Sage must I have to work with all my existing Sage files and records?

PUP is the update after any full version for a given year (in the old days it was part of the Payroll Update Program - now it includes bug fixes and feature updates as well as payroll table updates). You are using 2014.2 so the PUP you are looking for is 
 SA_20142CPUP1.exe 
 If you install any version after this, you will lose any ability to run Crystal Reports templates directly in the program if you were doing so before. 
 In the image below the second one is the 2014.4 Canadian update, the first is the 2013.4 Canadian update.

The serial number and keycode combination was part of the old install and may have been put on your desktop during the original installation in a file called Sage50AccountingRel2014Activation.txt. At the time Sage would have sent you an email with that information also. This would include your 10-digit Account ID and Key Code as well as the serial number.
