It depends on what cloud features or products you are looking to use. If you are trying to import information from Sage 50 into Sage Business Cloud Accounting, then there is a migration tool that will need to be used. See this article for more information. See this article for more information. 

Alternatively, if you are talking about sharing your company file in Sage 50 so that it can be accessed from different physical locations, then you would be sharing it through Remote Data Access. For information on how to set that up, see this article.
