    Thanks for reaching out. I see that you’ve spoken to our support team earlier today regarding the issue where you couldn't access your cloud account due to a version compatibility error. According to the ticket notes, it appears that the issue has been resolved.

    Just to reiterate the steps provided:

    1. Open the sample company.
    2. Click on Help, then "Check for product updates," and follow the prompts.
