Help upgrade issue

Help I need help I cannot access my cloud account... desktop message says my version not compatable I need someone to call me please to walk me thru or log into my system to do it call Marie 7** -***-1***

 Thanks for reaching out. I see that you&rsquo;ve spoken to our support team earlier today regarding the issue where you couldn't access your cloud account due to a version compatibility error. According to the ticket notes, it appears that the issue has been resolved. 
 Just to reiterate the steps provided: 
 
 Open the sample company. 
 Click on Help, then "Check for product updates," and follow the prompts.
