I recently upgraded to SAGE 50 PRO ACCOUNTING from SAGE ACCOUNTING 2010. when I try top one the company file I get a message that it cannot be opened because "This company has been converted to Sage 50 Quantum. It is still the same file I used with Simply 2010. I did nothing to the company files. I even tried to restore a backup and had the same message.
How can it say the file has been updated when I did not update it. It is still the same file that works with the 2010 version. All I did was update the program not the data. Can some one help me with this. Did I waste my money on upgrading the software. How can I get the company opened in the new version?
