Update 2014.2 to 2014.3

I am running Sage 50 CA Premium Accounting on two workstations. A couple of days ago I was prompted to update to 2014.3 when using one workstation, and following the on-screen instructions, the program and database were updated. I expected to get the same prompt when next using the other workstation, but this does not happen - it simply tells me that the database I am trying to open is for a different version.


I have tried opening an old copy of my data file that was used for writing post-dated cheques, then going to Help>Check for Product Updates and I get the message that "Product Update to Release 2014.3 with Payroll is available (I don't use payroll) but that I am not enrolled in a service plan that provides product updates.

Question now is how do I get the updated program on my second workstation, OR how do I roll back the update that was done on the first workstation?
