Historical mode

I am not able to enter into historical mode for my customer sales as it won't let me input my historical balances.

    Hi Stephanie,

    If the company is not in history mode ("history" is not beside "Help" in the menu bar), then your historical balances columns will not be present. If you have advanced to a New Year, you can still post in the previous year. A journal entry can also be made, although not exactly what you want to do. How many entries have been posted in your company, a little or a lot?
