I'm working on an extensive document that can help out. Can you please try the running as Administrator first to get past some UAC issues?

1. Right click on Desktop shortcut icon for Sage 50 and select Properties
2. Click on Shortcut Tab
3. Click on Open File Location button on the bottom
4. Right click Sage50Accounting.exe  (Type Application)
5. Click Properties
6. Click Compatibility tab
7. Click Change settings for all users
8. Check the box at the bottom for Run this program as an administrator
9. Click Apply, the OK
10. Launch Sage 50 to test

nope did not work, I'm thinking I have damaged company files that needs to sent and repaired.
