Sage 50 Accountants Edition 2015 will not restore Sage 50 Premium 2013 Version

When trying to restore a backup of the Sage Premium 50 2013 version with Sage 50 Accountants Edition 2015 I get the error that 'a file is missing'.  The backup is good.  I was able to send it back to client and they are able to restore it.  How can I correct this, and if corrected will they still be able to restore in their version?

    1. Where are you restoring to?
    2. Is the *.sai file and *.saj folder in that location now?
    3. If so, when you try to open it, will it open now?
    4. If not, is there any evidence a restore occurred?
    5. What is in the *.saj folder?
    6. Can you retry the restore to your own newly created folder like c:\Sage50Data to see if it works?
    7. If it still does not work, don't get rid of the message before you check the file location to see what showed up and see what is missing.

No, if you open a file in Sage 50 2015, do data entry, backup and send the file back to them to use in Sage 50 2013 it will not work.  If you used Sage 50 2013 Accountant's Edition with the same release as they are using, then they would be able to use it again.
