Could be a couple of things. Reboot the machine, disable any antivirus/firewall on the PC and run the install as admin (can right click on the installer file to get that option). If that doesnt work you might be able to get more traction by looking up the specific error in the knowledgebase here, support.na.sage.com/.../microsites.

If you're installing to the default directory it should work.   This isn't a general problem with installing on Windows 7

Meanwhile, I have error msg 1324, I have fixed this error by:

Control panel -- region and language -- Administrative --current language for non-unicode programs:
changed the language to ENGLISH.

So I successfully installed the update "CDN Release 2016.1" .

But, I cant start the program, here is the error msg: "The program can't start because mfc120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I have tried to reinstall and restart computer, twice, same error msg.....

Please advise how to fix this error!!

I haven't delected SAGE 50 2015 , the previous version, it still working fine, and no this error msg while starting.

Is this something new for the Release 2016.1 ?
I am not ADVANCED computer user, this is too much problem for me..............

These are what I have tried.

Dowonloaded Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015:
www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
vc_redist.x64.exe;
vc_redist.x86.exe

Sepup failed while runing both files, Error msg : 0x80070005 - Access denied.

I tried solutions on this page:
support.microsoft.com/.../968003
"Error 0x80070005 in Windows Update when you try to install updates" : Reset.cmd , run as administrator and run safety scanner.....

Then restart computer, same failure and same error msg while running vc_redist.x64.exe; vc_redist.x86.exe.
I have tried running these two files before and after installing SAGE CDN Release 2016.1, no difference.

what to do next?

Problem fixed. Purchased Dll-Files Fixer, installed the missing file MFC120.DLL.
