Intercompany Transactions

I have a company that wants to create a US Corporation.

Company A is our current company that does most of our business in the states.

Company A manufactures goods and Services.

We want to create company B in the US to sell the good and services that Company A creates to our US customers.

Would any one know the best way to structure such a venture?

Hey User1234,

We have cases of clients who acquire both Sage 50 CA and Sage 50 US to handle the tax reporting requirements in the respective countries as each software is specifically designed for their national market. I'd suggest working with a consultant, perhaps one will chime in here to advise you further on what a setup could look like.
