When I choose an inventory summary report for the 25 warehouses I have, there is no method for me to reduce the size of the report to omit products that have zerol quantities. I use the Sage 50 Canadian Premium version.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Nuke1959
The inventory summary report can't be filtered at this time. Alternatively you can export the report into Excel and filter it manually. If you just want a quantity list, follow this article instead.
You are correct DeneshS. However, to filter a report manually with 25,000 lines is time consuming to say the least. Looks like the time has come to move to a more robust software. Thanks for the reply.

Sorry to hear this. I believe the report was built like this from an auditing standpoint. When you have a moment please leave your feedback on our Ideas site and our team will have a look at it.
Opening a report with 25,000 lines in Excel will take a few minutes to dump, however, selecting the data and inserting a table will take very little time. Then you can use the header to filter your quantities to eliminate the zero quantity items.
See the attached spreadsheets (not 25,000 lines but a small sample from universl. One is grouped by location, the other is not.
I didn't do any prep work on the report, just dump, create table, and filter. You can utilise sorting ahead of time to remove the blank and subtotal rows en masse. Then resort by item code again if you wish.ItemVal.xlsxItemVal2.xlsx
