Go to Reports, Inventory & Services, Item Price Comparison.  

Select from: Inventory by Item 

Report quantities in:  Supplier units or buying units

This report will list the inventory item, the last quantity purchased and the last purchase price & date, along with the supplier's name, etc.

This only works if you run Quantum and have Vendor Specific pricing/information set up for all items.  Pro and Premium users do not have this option and there is currently no report that shows last purchase date in the program for these users.
