Modifying Projects Report

Is it possible to modify the Projects reports so that the Total of each project is in a separate column to the right of the detail ?

I want to be able to get a total of all the totals.

    Hi Panama,

    I am afraid not.  

    Alternative is to click the Export button or Open in Excel button, so you can make the customization you like.

    When using 'Open in Excel, you will notice that the totals are 'Subtotal' formulas.

    You can total some Sage reports with a 'Subtotal' at the bottom, just copy one of the others and extend the range up to row 5.  

    A way to do exactly what you asked in Excel is:

    - delete the top three rows of the report, select the entire sheet, remove all 'merged' fields, and set an AutoFilter.  

    You will be able to filter the report for 'Total Revenue' or 'Total Expense' or 'Revenue minus Expense', which will make it easy to get the value in another column, by copying  a formula such as '=H405' into all the rows where column A matches 'REVENUE minus EXPENSE'.

    I tried running this report just now and I am seeing a couple of '#REF' errors in the exported report at line 306 and line 406.  Seems to be a one-time glitch...
