I am not aware of the ability to use your smartphone to do payroll in Sage 50. However, there is Sage Drive (or any other good, safe cloud storage) where the data can be accessed from by laptop if Sage 50 is installed. The other option might be to use a service like Citrix GoToAssist or Teamviewer or others to connect to your Desktop. I have used this service from my iPad but my smartphone is too small a screen to work effectively. I am sure there are services that would be free or 30 day trial. I would want to use the service more than once when sitting right beside the desktop just to be sure you can work from your small screen.
