Gross Earning discrepancy

Hello,

All my reports show a Gross earning total that is erroneous as this total includes any non-taxable non-monetary income although I have not checked the any columns under Payroll, settings, income... This means taht all my employees report, T4 report, remittance report have discrepancy as the gross earning total is erroneous. How do I fix this???

Hi

Is T4 box 14 figure is incorrect?

If yes, go check your income type settings, the only income type that does not show up on T4 box 14 is reimbursement type of income,

You would have to check if your payroll is setup correctly, and either do T4 manually or have to fix what is been posted or post a new to correct it.
