I am printing the stubs and they show up with not much details. When I go on forms to personalize or create one, it tells me that I don't have the right to do it or that the file is corrupted.
I need a stub that show the YTD so the employees can follow

Are you starting with the template indicated in the image below?
Once selected, you can Customise it with the Customize Form button. However, when you save it, it should be saved to a different location and name than the original.
This one indicated will show YTD and give you two stubs, but it will also print the company's name and address on the cheque. This is usually already on cheques so you may wish to remove that part of the design.
