Yes, Sage 50C Accountants Edition will handle Payroll using Direct Deposit. I am not sure what you mean by 'auto' but you can use the Payroll cheque run which allows you to process all the payments for the period with one Post after checking to be certain of the posting. I have not gone as far yet to email the Direct Deposit statements but it looks like that will work with the same 'Post' entry.
