Tracking Original Hire Date to Prompt for Vacation Increases

It would be great if Sage would prompt when Employees have reached the time that their vacation pay increases from 4% to 6% etc.  Currently there is no way to prompt the system to alert you when they have reached the time worked to increase the vacation pay.  Currently in Quebec it is 3 years of work to get a vacation pay increase.  It would be awesome if there was some way to set this up in Sage to alert you when employees have reached the next target for an increase.

When you do payroll in an accounting firm for lots of clients, it's hard to keep track of every client's employees work history.

Also, it would be great to have a separate spot for original date of hire date so that in the event you have to lay off an employee, or they leave on medical leave, you can keep the system calculating the vacation time based on original hire date.  As the ROE requires the start date since the last ROE, we end up having to overwrite the hire date all the time.  Having a spot for original hire date will help when calculating employee loyalty.

Thanks.
