EI & CPP not deducted

At the beginning of 2022 my computer crashed and I lost my data.I have one employee, I continued to do payroll without entering into Sage. 

I used the same amount from the last pay in Dec 2021. Forgetting he had maxed out his cpp and ei. So basically he was overpaid for the first 3 months of 2022 because I only deducted Income Tax from his pay.

I also continued to pay CRA payroll remittances with the amounts including ei and cpp deductions. So CRA has their cut but the T4 will look like either he made more money than he should have or that he didn't have any ei or cpp contributions for those months.

How can I make this right?
