Box 14 Blank on one employee

In reviewing our T4's for 2023 I have found one of our employee's Box 14 blank but should have a value. The income classification is used by all employees, there is nothing special about this staff member.

I've never used Box 29 myself so I would call that special. I don't know how T4's display when using this code. Was this intentional and is the employee an employee of a placement agency?

This employee was a job placement (code 11) and this employment code cannot be deleted.

I figured out a way to get rid of the job placement and now box 14 is correct. Thank you for the suggestion
